Under the supervision of the principal, the school counselor will provide students, parents, administrators, and other teaching staff with information on educational and/or career opportunities; administer and interpret academic/career assessment tools; and assist students in developing educational and post-secondary goals and plans. The counselor will implement a developmental model for assisting students with their achievement of a Student Success Plan, aimed at promoting growth in the areas of academics, career planning, and personal-social maturity.
